A validated screener that checks your current capacity before we start planning any career change. Career decisions made from burnout tend not to stick, so your plan stays realistic for where you're actually at.

• Establishes a wellbeing baseline before goal-setting begins
• A high score triggers a referral to a GP or mental health specialist, in line with CICA's scope of practice
• Reviewed in subsequent sessions to monitor client wellbeing
