Aline for Students

Most schools don't have a qualified career practitioner onsite

For parents: we provide students with suitable career options based on more than just a standard interest profiler. Your child works with a qualified career development practitioner, and packages are tailored after a conversation with you about where they are now and what decision is coming next.

Choosing subjects and courses

Interest and strengths assessments give students an evidence-based starting point, so subject selection and course preferences are a considered decision rather than a guess made under deadline pressure.

Finishing school

Pathway planning across university, TAFE, apprenticeships and work, with realistic conversations about what each actually involves day to day.

University and TAFE students

Turning study into employability: work-experience strategy, a first professional resume and LinkedIn profile, and interview practice before the graduate applications open.

Looking for a first role

How to apply when you don't have years of experience yet, how to talk about casual and volunteer work, and how to handle rejection without stalling.

For clients under 18, a parent or guardian completes the intake and consent process, and is kept informed throughout, in line with the CICA Code of Ethics.
