We apply career suitability, personality and strengths assessments in combination with qualified career guidance so you gain greater self-awareness, an understanding of transferable skills, realistic career options suited to you, and the confidence to pursue them.

- What is Aline?
- Aline is qualified career guidance, not life coaching. However we use the concept of life design as we practice holistic career counselling to improve your overall quality of life.
- What makes Aline different?
- Our counselling is built on Mark Savickas' Career Construction Theory and the concept of life design, and follows the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, the national framework endorsed by CICA and backed by the Australian Department of Education.
- Do you work with students?
- Yes. Most schools don't have a qualified career practitioner onsite. We give students suitable career options based on far more than a standard interest profiler, and keep parents involved throughout.
